2. Service Provision
Services are provided on a best-effort basis only. We do our utmost to deliver excellent results, but we cannot promise specific outcomes beyond our direct control.
3. Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. No refunds are issued after services have started. This policy ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to your relocation from day one.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by incorrect client information supplied to us or to government authorities.
5. Government Decisions
We are not liable for decisions made by Colombian government authorities (Migración Colombia, DIAN, etc.). These bodies operate independently and their rulings are outside our control.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We invest significant time and coordination effort into each client case from the moment engagement begins.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
